1. About us

This website is operated by Certified Mogger ("we", "us"). You can contact us at certifiedmoggerof@gmail.com. By using the website or buying from us you agree to these Terms.

2. The face scan

Access to the shop requires a face scan that gives a score based on the geometric proportions of the face. The score is for entertainment only: it is not a scientific, medical or aesthetic assessment and says nothing about a person's worth. The scan runs on your device and no images are stored (see our Privacy Policy). Only scan your own face, or a photo of someone who has given you permission.

3. Products and prices

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product becomes unavailable; in that case we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

6. Shipping, withdrawal and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The CERTIFIED MOGGER and SUB5 names and graphics and all the content of this website belong to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to interfere with the website's operation, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it and not to use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
