Processing time

Every order is prepared within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

• Italy and the European Union: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: 4–8 business days
• United States and Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are set by the destination country and paid by the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at certifiedmoggerof@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout: we can't change it once the order has shipped. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible.
