14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To do so, email us at certifiedmoggerof@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return before the 14 days run out. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.

You must send the items back within 14 days of telling us you want to withdraw. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them: you are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling them beyond what is needed to check them. The cost of sending the items back is paid by you.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the payment method you used for the order. If you return your entire order, we also refund the standard shipping cost you paid. We may wait to refund until we have received the items back or you have sent us proof that you shipped them, whichever comes first.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We will send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay any return costs. This doesn't affect your legal rights: as an EU consumer you are entitled to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return the item as described above and place a new order.
